Orders & Delivery

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email notification that contains a tracking number. You can track your order by clicking the tracking link in your email or looking up the tracking number on the delivery company's website. 

We allow exchanges for customers who have had a consultation or a facial in which we recommended the product to you. We are committed to your satisfaction on products we have chosen for you and will find the best for your skin.

Due to the nature of the product, we handle return requests on a case-by-case basis. We accept returns for any accessories & lifestyle products.

We currently ship to the United States only. All shipments are fulfilled from Ventura, CA.

Please allow 1-2 business days for order and payment processing before your order is shipped. All orders ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Store pickup can be selected at checkout during the shipping method process. Store pickups are only available in Ventura, California at the Love Your Skin Studio. 

Billing

Your credit card is charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed through our site.

Please check that your card’s billing details (such as the security code, billing address and first/last name) match what you’ve entered into our system. If you find that there is no error, please contact your bank.
